I ordered 3 different slate cutting boards with stuff engraved on them. Everyone of them turned out amazing and the people I gave them to as presents loved them. We called Beacon Laser Creations on a Friday night when we found out the other vendor we ordered laser engraved mugs had an issue and would not be able to deliver until two months after Christmas. Beacon had the mugs ordered that night (72 of them) and engraved ready for pickup by the following Wednesday afternoon. We can't say enough great things about this business and their customer service. On a scale of 1-5, they are a 10!

The attention to detail was incredible. The owner on the company contacted me for clarification as to what exactly I wanted and he nailed it! I ordered the Nebo slim+1200 flashlight with the IAFF logo and clarity of laser cut letters is perfect. He also included my name and badge # for no charge. I am sure my coworkers will be placing their orders. This light fits great on the radio straps. It’s small and rechargeable with bright, turbo bright, medium, low. A red light and a laser. A great buy. I Highly recommend getting one of the lights if you’re in law enforcement, Fire or EMS. Fits great in pants pocket with a knife clip. Thanks Tim! I look forward to getting more gear from your company.
