We called Beacon Laser Creations on a Friday night when we found out the other vendor we ordered laser engraved mugs had an issue and would not be able to deliver until two months after Christmas. Beacon had the mugs ordered that night (72 of them) and engraved ready for pickup by the following Wednesday afternoon. We can't say enough great things about this business and their customer service. On a scale of 1-5, they are a 10!
